TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made with The Lenchford Riverside Inn, whether at www.lenchfordriversideinn.co.uk via the individual online travel agents or by telephone or otherwise. Please note that for promotional bookings the relevant additional terms and conditions should be consulted.

When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with The Lenchford Riverside Inn, which shall mean in these terms and conditions Lee Ball T/A The Lenchford Riverside Inn.

Dinner reservations, cannot be guaranteed online with your booking and should be made through our restaurant reservations platform on Dojo Reservations. If your booking includes dinner, please contact us directly to book your slot prior to completion of your online booking. Please note that the price being offered currently cannot be guaranteed should you not complete your booking at this stage.

All rates featured on The Lenchford Riverside Inn website or quoted by telephone or otherwise are offered subject to availability and The Lenchford Riverside Inn reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason. Only adults 18 and over can stay at the hotel unaccompanied.

The Lenchford Riverside Inn operates on a bed and breakfast basis. All prices are subject to availability.

 

PRICING

 

We offer a full range of packages and pricing, as detailed below. Our packages and pricing will fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to availability and are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. Your price is guaranteed once you have been given a confirmation number. Indicative alternative currency rates used to estimate cost and balance of cost are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.

 

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATES

In general, our Advance Purchase rates are available 7 days or more before the date of arrival (exceptions may apply), and are fully prepaid at time of booking. Advance Purchase Rates are non refundable and non transferable. The credit/debit card used to book the Advance Purchase rate must be presented to reception on arrival at The Lenchford Riverside Inn . Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.

 

FLEXIBLE RATES

In general, our Flexible Rates are available until 7 days before arrival. These rates allow you to alter or cancel your booking up until 7 days prior to arrival without charge. Cancellations made after then will incur 100% charge of the booking.

WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES

 

Prices for night stays include super king bedrooms with colour TV, and private en-suite bathroom. They all include VAT at the prevailing rate.

 

AVAILABILITY

 

During high season April - October, social events, conference and exhibitions certain rates may not be available. Certain dates may be subject to a minimum length of stay. All rates are subject to availability.

 

GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY

 

Our letting rooms are on the first floor and above and we do not have lift access. Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check call in advance that their requirements can be met. Please call us direct for details.

 

DOGS

 

We are able to accommodate dogs, at the manager's discretion, for £20 per dog per stay, a maximum of one dog per room in specific rooms. Please call us for details. As we have restricted availability for accommodating dogs, please check with us first, in writing. Only well behaved dogs are welcome. Please let us know the breed of your dog when booking, via the guest notes. Kindly note that we do not supply dog beds, so please be sure to bring one with you.

 

Dogs are welcome in our pub, however, please note that, for the comfort and enjoyment of our all our guests, dogs that are prone to barking will not be allowed in the trade areas.

 

CAR PARKING

 

Car parking is free on our car park and at the side of The Lenchford Riverside Inn

 

CHECKING IN AND OUT, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

 

Hotel rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the manager, additional charges may apply.

 

MEAL ARRANGEMENTS

 

Rates do not include any meals however are available in the bar and restaurant to be purchased - unless booked as part of a package

 

DAMAGE

 

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the public house during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

 

SMOKING

All our rooms are strictly non-smoking, smoking in the room will incur a minimum of £50 deep cleaning fee, any other damage to the room due to smoking will incur an additional fee.

 

BOOKING INFORMATION

When you make your booking you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid debit/credit card if booked on Flexible Rate, or to prepay if booked on our Advance Purchase Rates, or promotional rates.

 

BALANCE OF MONIES OUTSTANDING

 

Prior to your departure from the hotel you will be required to settle your bill.

 

On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card to take pre-authorisation. If you are settling your account in cash or with a debit card, you will be asked for a deposit to cover the cost of your room for your stay. The Leicester Arms accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS & VOUCHER PRIZES

 

Gift vouchers and vouchers used as competition prizes, unless otherwise specified on the voucher, are valid for one year from date of issue.

 

The Lenchford Riverside Inn gift vouchers should be presented on check-in, when paying for your meal customers must advice using a voucher prior to booking. Please see the terms on our gift card web page.

 

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS

 

All cancellations are made in accordance with the cancellation terms of the rate booked.

Advance Rates are non refundable and non transferable and full pre-payment will be forfeited.

In general, our Flexible Rates are available until the seven days before arrival.

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may make in relation to your stay with us, please note that these requests do not form part of our contract and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests.

 

COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS

 

Any complaint or comment regarding a stay should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information set out on our websites and marketing campaigns, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured on our websites or email campaigns or otherwise at any time.

All details are correct at time of going to print, however may be subject to change from time to time.

 

The The Lenchford Riverside Inn shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
